We teamed up with our Austrian friends from Bierol to brew a beer with a special Thiol producing yeast strain. Thiols are naturally found in hops and evoke this tropical juiciness that we leove so much in hazy beers but this engineered yeast boosts out maximum flavour without any dry hopping!
